New Facade Enhancements

Posted by Lacey Butner on 04/24/2016

Seminole Main Street and Seminole Urban Renewal Authority are very excited to announce two new façade renovations in our district.  Taylor Made Strength, located at 118 N. Main and 211 E. Broadway, formerly Pat’s Café, will be getting new additions in the next few weeks. The two properties are owned by Lee Randle. The construction for both buildings will include new awnings with custom branding and modern touches.

Seminole Main Street and Seminole Urban Renewal Authority look forward to seeing the current businesses prosper even more and bring new designs to the downtown district. Seminole Main Street’s Façade Grant Program matches approved participants up to $5,000 in order to restore the historic character of the building.

Join us this Saturday to clean up our downtown district! We will be meeting at 10 a.m. at 401 N. Main Street to break up into groups and clean up our district. Help us plant new flowers, pull weeds and pick up trash! Any and all ages are welcome to participate on this day! From toddlers to adults, we’d love to have you there! We look forward to seeing you and we cannot wait to share what our community does for the Great American Cleanup. Every volunteer counts!
